Born in Bangalore and shaped by experiences across India and the UK, his journey into music followed an unconventional path — from hospitality at ITC Hotels to studying music production in Manchester, before returning to India to fully commit to the craft.

Since then, Novlik has built a strong presence across the country’s nightlife circuit — from clubs and festivals to large-scale cultural events, college circuits, and private stages — consistently commanding high-energy environments with a sound that bridges underground psytrance and wider audience appeal.

His breakout moment came with Ravanasura Anthem — the first psytrance track to feature in an Indian film. Launched at Prism Club & Kitchen, Hyderabad, the track quickly surged to global attention, with its music video reaching #3 on YouTube worldwide shortly after release.

From performing at Holi Pushkar 2022 for a crowd exceeding 100,000 to sharing stages with global acts like Vini Vici, Skazi, Mandragora, and Burn in Noise, Novlik continues to expand his footprint across both mainstream and festival circuits.

His productions — including reinterpretations rooted in Indian classical frameworks and releases like Vande Mataram (Psytrance Edit) — reflect an artist constantly experimenting with identity, culture, and scale.
