Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your Ravist account and all associated personal data at any time by emailing support@ravist.in from the email address on your account, with the subject line "Delete my account".

We'll confirm your request and complete the deletion within 30 days. This removes your profile, listening history, favourites, connected-platform tokens, and any other personal data we hold about you — except records we're required to retain for legal, accounting or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, past event booking and payment records), which are kept only as long as the law requires and are not used for any other purpose.

Deleting your Ravist account also removes the connection Ravist stored to that sign-in method. This does not affect your Google or Facebook account itself — to remove Ravist's access there too, use that provider's own app-permissions settings (Google / Facebook).
