Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Ravist Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. ("Ravist", "we", "us") governing your use of ravist.in, our radio stream, and our event ticketing service (together, the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

• You must provide accurate information when registering, and keep it up to date.
• You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
• You can sign up or sign in with an email and password, or by continuing with Google or Facebook. Using those options means you also agree to that provider's own terms.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

• Tickets booked through Ravist are sold by the respective event organiser; Ravist facilitates the booking and payment on their behalf.
• Payments are processed by Razorpay. By making a booking, you also agree to Razorpay's applicable terms for payment processing.
• Prices, availability and event details are set by the organiser and may change without notice. Ravist is not responsible for an event being postponed, cancelled or altered by its organiser.
• Refund and cancellation terms are set per event and shown at the time of booking. Where an event is cancelled by its organiser, refunds (if any) are processed according to that event's stated policy.
• Your ticket QR code is personal to your booking. Don't share, resell or duplicate it in a way that could allow unauthorised entry.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that infringes anyone else's rights.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, another user's account, or our systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the radio stream, ticketing system, or other users' experience.
• Post content on your profile or in reviews that is defamatory, harassing, or otherwise unlawful.
• Use automated means to scrape or extract data from the Service without our permission.

If you connect Spotify, YouTube Music or Instagram, you're responsible for complying with that platform's own terms, and you can disconnect it at any time from your account settings. Content you post on Ravist — reviews, profile information, badges you display — remains yours, but you grant us a licence to display it as part of operating the Service.

Ravist Radio is offered as a free, non-commercial listening service, as described in our Disclaimer. We may change, suspend or discontinue the stream or any feature of it at any time.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ravist is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including issues arising from third-party events, organisers, or payment processing.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the Service before the change takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.
