Virtuart

Virtuart is the project of Olivier Abitbol, a French producer who began making psychedelic trance in the early 1990s and stands as one of the pioneering names of Goa trance. Throughout that decade he released on labels including Koyote Records, both under the Virtuart alias and through collaborations such as Underhead with fellow French producer MK Ultra. His catalogue continues to resurface through remastered editions and previously unreleased material on Suntrip Records and DAT Universe, pairing powerful rhythms with a melodic depth that reaches well beyond the dancefloor. He performs at internationally recognised events including ZNA Gathering, Apsara Festival and VÉR – Exploring the Roots, alongside Suntrip Records showcases and leading Retro Goa gatherings across Europe, the Middle East and Asia.
