Sun Project

Formed in Hamburg, Germany in 1996, S.U.N. Project are true pioneers of Goa Trance, fusing driving trance rhythms with soaring rock guitars into a sound that helped shape the global psychedelic movement. Tracks like "Dance of the Witches" and "380 Volt" became enduring anthems, carried from Europe to South America, Asia, Israel, Australia, Japan and North America through decades of high-energy live performances. Nearly three decades on, the trio's blend of timeless classics and contemporary production keeps them among the most respected acts in Goa Trance history. In December 2026, founding members Marco Menichelli and Matthias Rumoeller bring the project to Goa itself — their debut duo performance there, presented by ANAM CARA.
